Expo Living sits beside Expo City Dubai, within the wider Dubai South district — next to the Expo City metro station and Dubai Expo Mall, and close to Al Maktoum International Airport, which is being expanded into one of the world’s largest airports. What is the starting price at Terra Woods?
According to the developer’s launch materials, 1-bedroom apartments start from AED 1.6 million, 2-bedrooms from AED 2.3 million, 3-bedrooms from AED 3.5 million and townhouses from AED 5.0 million. Terra Woods has seen strong demand, so ask us for live availability and current prices.
What is the payment plan?
The developer’s plan is 80/20: 10% on booking, seven instalments of 10% during construction (70%), and 20% on completion, plus the 4% DLD registration fee. Some instalment dates on the plan have already passed, so ask us how they apply to a booking today.
When is Terra Woods expected to be completed?
The developer’s plan links the final 20% payment to 100% construction completion, estimated for March 2030. Timelines can change; the SPA sets out the developer’s obligations if delivery is late.
