What is the starting price at Sorrento, DAMAC Lagoons?
Studios start from AED 680,000 and 1-bedroom apartments from AED 1,260,000, according to the developer’s current pricing. Prices change as units sell, so ask us for live availability.
When is Sorrento expected to be handed over?
The developer’s expected handover is the first quarter of 2030. Construction timelines can change; the SPA sets out the developer’s obligations if delivery is late.
What is the payment plan?
The current plan is 50/50: a 15% down payment (5% on booking and 10% within a month), 35% in instalments during construction, and 50% on completion, plus the 4% DLD fee. Payment plans are set by the developer for a limited time — ask us for the plan that applies today.
Can foreigners buy at Sorrento?
